V Development, LLC has made its first official real estate sale. The team
punctuated a long design and construction process with an extremely successful
open house celebration that attracted more than 250 visitors. Feedback was
extremely positive and efforts are already underway to begin the next development
adventure. Furniture and artwork for the open house event was provided by
Ambiente of Raleigh, Line Modern of Raleigh, and local artist Jeremy Hauch.
After less than two weeks on the market the house at 215 Georgetown was sold to
a recently relocated couple from Colorado for the asking price. Contract
negotiations have been completed and the couple is happy owner of a new modernist
home.
