to give a modern street
presence, in lieu of custom
metal railings. In the same way

fixtures, and door/bath/cabinet
hardware were purchased on the
internet to reduce project
costs. In contrast custom
features such as recycled glass
concrete countertops and flush
maple cabinets were supplied by
local fabrication studios.
