The scope of this project
includes the renovation and
rehabilitation of the historic
Oddfellows Building at 115 E.
Hargett St. in downtown Raleigh,
NC. Built at the turn of the
19th century, the aging
structure was in desperate need
of attention when Empire
Properties purchased the
building and began to restore it
to life. The orignal uses of
the 5000 SF building were
restored with the first floor as
a barber shop, the second floor
as office suites and the third
floor as a gathering hall.
