When a client chooses to pursue LEED certification, Vernacular Studio will manage the certification process from inception through completion and provide the client with a clear plan of action in achieving the desired level of LEED certification. Whether a client chooses to pursue LEED certification or not, Vernacular Studio will take the time to understand the client’s needs and will incorporate sustainable measures that are consistent with the client’s project goals and budget.
