This was the design concept behind V-Development’s custom loft unit at Davis Park. V-development purchased a shell loft unit within the Davis Park Lofts building with the intention of throwing out the rule book on speculative residential unit design and offering a custom designed, modern living experience. Complete with 10-foot ceilings, dark hardwood floors and a multitude of custom details, this one-bedroom loft offers the potential buyer a completely unique design unlike anything else around.
