This design for an empty lot in downtown Raleigh's Five Points neighborhood sought to take advantage of potential skyline views by rising above the low-lying warehouses across the street. Sited on a compact site of less than 1/6 acre, the proposed design makes efficient use of the footprint and includes a third floor roof terrace. Though outdoor space is limited, a nearby pocket park and generous sidewalks throughout the neighborhood would provide a future family with plenty of space, both indoors and out.
