As a proposed sustainably-designed, 18-unit row house development, this project sought to provide homeowners with a unique blend of urban architecture in an established Raleigh neighborhood. The project’s scale and details were informed by the adjacent neighborhoods and the homes are provided with alleyway access and motor courts to maintain the visual clarity of the project's streetscape. A key feature of the project is that each home would be provided with both ground level rear courtyards and private roof terraces to maximize outdoor living areas within a restrictive footprint.
