Located on the second floor of a Historic downtown Raleigh building, this salon provides full-service beauty care and related merchandise. The space accommodates 18 hair stylists, 10 manicurists, a waxing room and support services. The design is minimal, clean and provides a tremendous quality of openness and light.

The technical challenges surrounding the MEP services were tremendously challenging given the salon’s location within the multi story building and the need to minimize disturbance of adjacent tenants. Even more restrictive, though, was the project budget; with very little money and numerous requirements, we worked tirelessly to provide creative solutions that not only met the clients’ functional and aesthetic needs, but satisfied their fiscal constraints as well.
