Durham's recently restored Golden Belt district includes live/work loft, artist studios, galleries, restaurants, retail and a number of professional offices. Audio-Video agency Mindworks requested a space that inserted their contemporary, vibrant energy into the historic textile mill. New furnishings are distinctly modern while the shell and structure remain exposed and distinctly resonant of the building’s century-old past.
