The project is a renovation of the existing Western Lanes Bowling Alley on Hillsborough Street. Every effort is being made to create an upscale and modern bowling center, complete with lounge and restaurant that will cater not only to the population at NC State, but to the mainstream social crowds of downtown Raleigh.

The space will provide for private catered events, bands, studying, bowling leagues and NC State student events. The scope includes a renovation of the entire second floor space, a clean up and repair of the parking garage, an update of the Hillsborough Street façade, roof repairs, and improvements to the MEP systems.
